Junior Contracts Manager 

A small High-End residential main contractor is looking to add a keen Junior Contracts Manager to their close-knit team – the aim to be to replace an individual who’ll be retiring over the next few years. 

The successful Junior Contracts Manager will join a small team specialising in bespoke refurbishments varying from £1million to £4 million.

The Junior Contracts Manager will benefit from enormous amounts of support and guidance.

The Junior Contracts Manager’s Role 

The successful Junior Contracts Manager will be based in the office near Paddington – you’ll also be visiting sites across Central London. 

You will initially be mentored by the current contracts manager and will be working on the projects they are currently managing – 2 x high end refurbishments in Central London with contract values of £2.5 million + £1.5 million. 

There’s incredible scope to be moving up to contracts manager position within a shorter than usual timeframe. 

The Junior Contracts Manager – Requirements 

• Exposure to High end residential experience £1 Million+ 
• Excellent organisational skills
• Good tech ability 
• A desire to learn
• Construction background

In return?

• £50,000 – £65,000
• Pension
