Project Director

A highly qualified and focused Project Director, who has an abundance of construction Fit Out experience, is now needed to join an award-winning and client focused contractor.

Based just north of Reading.

The Project Director Role

As Project Director you will have the autonomy of Design & Build fit out projects from cradle to grave. You will have overall responsibility for delivering projects on time and on budget to the quality required. You will also be responsible for managing the client relationship and identifying opportunities for future business.

You will be involved in schemes ranging from Commercial, Retail and Office fit out. With CAT A, B and Cut & Carve styles.

These projects range in value from £350K – £4M.

The Project Director

• Clear evidence of Project Director experience
• Strong construction background in Fit Out
• Design & Build exposure
• CAT A, A+ or B exposure
• 10+ years Project Management experience
• Awareness of commercial decisions
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Looking for a permanent position
