An award-winning, tier one Fit-Out construction contractor is now searching for 2x experienced Senior Project Managers.

The Senior Project Manager should show evidence of working for a “tier one” Fit Out contractor in their career.

The Senior Project Manager’s Role

The Senior Project Manager will jump onto Commercial and CAT B office fit out projects, ranging in value between £5M – £25M.

These schemes have a high-quality aspect to them, so an eye for detail will be required.

The successful Senior Project Manager will join an award-winning team, within a division who operate efficiently and to high standards.

The experienced Senior Project Managers will be responsible for ensuring the client is kept up to date, communicate with the onsite contractors and ensure costs and timescales are maintained.

The Senior Project Manager

• Clear evidence of a Fit-Out background
• Worked for a “tier one” Fit Out contractor
• Has a history of permanent positions
• Contract handling of between £5M – £25M
• Office and Commerical project knowledge
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Provide a hands-on approach.
• Excellent organisational & team management skills
• Good computer skills
