Senior Quantity Surveyor

A well-respected construction consultancy is looking to add a Motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to their growing team in North London.

The role of the Senior Quantity Surveyor

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a medium sized Quantity Surveying and Project Management consultancy who complete projects in who complete projects in and around London and have a ream of 15 Quantity Surveyors.

As a company the complete a variety of projects including Commercial, Education, Heritage, Hotels and Residential, but the Senior Quantity Surveyor coming in will be working on Private clients projects, Student accommodation and Build to rent projects.

The Senior will need to hit the ground running and will be delivery projects from concept to completion, whilst also supporting and helping to develop the Junior staff on site.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• MRICS or currently working towards
• Experience within a private practice / consultancy
• Strong Pre and post contract knowledge
• Capable of supporting with the management of a team and mentoring junior colleagues
• Proficient in the use of IT including Microsoft software, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
