Senior Quantity Surveyor

A small but fast-growing construction consultancy are looking to add an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to their growing team in London, near Victoria. 

The role of the Senior Quantity Surveyor

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a small Quantity Surveying and Project Management consultancy who have offices in London, Manchester and Liverpool and complete projects nationwide.

As a company they primarily cover ultra prime and high-end residential projects, with a few commercial and education projects. The Senior Quantity initially will be delivering the construction of a new build house in West London with a project value of £6M.

The role will include the Senior Quantity Surveyor running projects from concept to completion and supporting, mentoring and help to develop the junior staff on site.

This is a perfect opportunity for a driven Senior Quantity Surveyor who is keen for promised progression within a growing company.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• MRICS or currently working towards
• High end Residential/Residential Experience
• Experience within a private practice / consultancy
• Strong Pre and post contract knowledge
• Capable of supporting with the management of a team and mentoring junior colleagues
• Proficient in the use of IT including Microsoft software, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
