Assistant Quantity Surveyor

An established SME consultancy specialising in high-end residential projects is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team in London. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work on 2-3 upcoming high-end residential projects, where you will engage in both pre and post contract duties.

Assistant Quantity Surveyor Role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to run projects and engage with various stakeholders throughout the process. Ideally, you will have prior experience in high-end residential projects or residential developments in general.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing 2-3 projects simultaneously
• Overseeing pre and post contract duties
• Engaging with clients and contractors
• Basic cost reporting and financial management
• Supporting senior team members with additional project requirements

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor requirements

• BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• Minimum of a year’s experience
• Experience within a PQS/consultancy environment
• Basic pre and post contract knowledge
