Quantity Surveyor

An established and well-respected small consultancy based in Cambridge is seeking a dedicated Project Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on various healthcare projects from concept to completion, contributing to both pre and post-contract duties.

Project Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing healthcare projects through all stages, ensuring that both pre and post-contract duties are executed efficiently.

You will be responsible for:

• Running healthcare projects from concept to completion
• Overseeing pre-contract duties
• Managing post-contract responsibilities
• Liaising with clients and stakeholders
• Supporting the team in various quantity surveying tasks

The Project Quantity Surveyor Requirements

• BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• Ideally experience working on healthcare projects
• MRICS or currently working towards this accreditation
• Experience within a private practice/consultancy
• Strong knowledge of pre and post-contract processes
