Senior Quantity Surveyor

An established small company focused on healthcare and education projects in London is looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor. You will be joining a close-knit, supportive team and play an integral role in delivering projects from concept to completion.

Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

You will run healthcare and education projects across London and must hit the ground running with a can-do attitude. This role encompasses both pre and post contract duties, providing you with a comprehensive scope of responsibility.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing projects from concept to completion
• Preparing and managing cost reports
• Ensuring effective contract administration
• Liaising with clients and stakeholders
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members

The Senior Quantity Surveyor requirements

• BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• Experience working on healthcare and education projects
• MRICS qualified or currently working towards
• Background in a private practice/consultancy
• Strong knowledge of pre and post contract processes
