Associate Director Role

As an Associate Director, you will be instrumental in managing both pre and post contract duties within the healthcare sector. You will work collaboratively within a team of around 20 professionals, ensuring the successful delivery of projects while mentoring junior team members.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading the healthcare team on NEC contracts
• Managing pre and post contract activities
• Liaising with NHS clients on major projects
• Supporting and developing junior staff
• Overseeing project budgets and financial reporting
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards

The Associate Director Requirements

• BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• Preferably MRICS qualified
• Proven experience within the healthcare sector
• Strong understanding of NEC contracts
• Background working within a private practice or consultancy
• Excellent pre and post contract knowledge
