A high-end residential cost management consultancy in London is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor who enjoys getting stuck into projects and delivering work for private clients.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor’s Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a small, boutique consultancy who work alongside high-profile private clients within the luxury, high end residential sector across London.

The Director overseeing the Quantity Surveying team is seeking a professional, client facing Senior Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable dealing with clients and delivering projects, pre and post contract, as well as doing the CA/EA work too.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• MRICS or currently working towards
• High End Resi experience
• Experience within a private practice / consultancy
• Strong Pre and post contract knowledge
