Construction Project Director

A hands-on Construction Project Director, who has an abundance of construction Fit Out experience, is now needed to join a hungry, ambitious, and pro-active construction organisation.

Based across London and Surrey.

The Project Director Role

The successful Project Director will immediately jump onto CAT A, A+ and B projects, operating across the London and Surrey regions.

The Project Director will need to showcase a high level of fit out experience with the above sectors.

With nearly 70 members of staff, this forward-thinking fit out company now need a Project Director who can operate across multiple sites and create relationships that are long lasting.

Projects will consist of fast track and longer-term schemes, with values of £1.5m up to £30m.

If you are an experienced Project Director this role and company will support you immensely.

The Project Director

• Clear evidence of Project Director experience
• Strong background in Fit Out
• CAT A, A+ or B exposure
• 10+ years Project Management experience
• Awareness of commercial decisions
• Would be beneficial to have operated in Workspace, Commercial and CAT A
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Looking for a permanent position
