Senior Quantity Surveyor

An innovative consultancy specialising in high-end residential projects is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in southwest London. With an expanding portfolio that is now venturing into commercial projects, they offer an exciting opportunity to work across international locations, including the USA, Middle East, and Caribbean.

Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will manage projects from inception to completion and handle various financial responsibilities. You will be responsible for:

• Running projects from inception to completion
• Preparing cost estimates and budgets
• Handling contractual matters and negotiations
• Liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Providing support and advice on financial matters

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Requirements

• BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• Experience working on High-End Residential projects
• MRICS or currently working towards
• Experience within a PQS/consultancy
• Strong pre and post contract knowledge
