An award-winning construction contractor are on the hunt for an experienced and delivery focussed Construction Project Manager.

The Construction Project Manager will be working on Cut & Carve and fit out related projects.

The Construction Project Manager will be work on projects in Hertfordshire, London, and other home counties.

The Construction Project Manager’s Role

The Construction Project Manager will specifically work on larger scaled “cut & carve” projects, ranging in £10M – £20M project values.

These schemes have a high-quality aspect to them, so an eye for detail will be required.

The successful Construction Project Manager will join a well-respected construction contractor, who are known for their fit out works within Commercial, Office and Residential schemes.

The Construction Project Manager

• Cut & Carve experience will be expected
• Large project understanding (£10M – £20M)
• Is happy to travel around London and home counties
• Some evidence of a Fit-Out background
• Commercial / Office / Warehouse project exposure
• 5+ years’ experience
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Looking for a permanent position
• Provide a hands-on approach.
• Excellent organisational & team management skills
• Good computer skills
