Construction Project Manager

An experienced Construction Project Manager, is now needed by an award-winning Fit-Out construction contractor in Cambridge.

The Construction Project Manager will immediately start on Commercial fit out projects, across Cambridgeshire.

The Construction Project Manager’s Role

The Construction Project Manager will specifically work on commercial fit out schemes with contract values of £750K – £5M.

The successful Construction Project Manager will join an established and well-respected team, within a division who operate efficiently and to high standards.

These schemes have a high-quality finish to them, so an eye for detail will be required.

The experienced Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the client is kept up to date, communicate with the onsite contractors and ensure costs and timescales are maintained.

The Construction Project Manager

• Clear evidence of a Commercial Fit-Out background
• Commercial project exposure
• 5 years’ experience with Fit Out projects.
• Contract handling of between £750k – £5M
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Looking for a permanent position
• Provide a hands-on approach.
• Excellent organisational & team management skills
• Good computer skills
