A well established building and refurbishment main contractor that specialises in high-end residential projects in London and the Home counties are seeking a strong Project Manager to run a flagship project.

The company has a strong pipeline of work and is offering a stable, long-term opportunity with excellent support and development prospects. PAYE full time Project Manager position.

The company 

Having a combination of both new build and refurbishments, the company have recently been instructed on 2 new projects.

They have a turnover of £20 million, the company is of medium size and has a long-standing reputation for delivering exceptional standard of work. With a portfolio of happy clients, you’ll be joining a company that prides itself on the end product.

The Project Manager Role 

The successful Project Manager will be based on a project in Virginia Water.

The project is a 40,000 SQFT refurbishment with 80 weeks remaining on the program. With a contract value of £15 million, it’s a complex refurbishment with lots of intricacies.

The Project Manager – Requirements 

• High end residential experience £5 Million + budgets
• Programming experience – MS Projects
• Experiences in complex refurbishments
• Good people management experience
• Excellent organisational skills
• Carpentry background is preferred
