Quantity Surveyor

An established multi-disciplinary consultancy with a strong presence across the UK is seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their London office. With three offices nationwide, they specialise in various sectors, including healthcare and commercial fit-outs, and focus on providing tailored solutions to ensure client satisfaction.

Quantity Surveyor Role

The Quantity Surveyor will cover mainly healthcare and commercial fit-out schemes, performing both pre and post-contract duties. You will lead projects with support from a director, collaborating closely with team members to ensure successful delivery.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing project budgets and forecasts
• Preparing tender and contract documentation
• Conducting cost reporting and value engineering
• Liaising with clients and stakeholders
• Assisting in procurement strategies
• Ensuring compliance with project timelines and quality standards

The Quantity Surveyor Requirements

• BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• MRICS or currently working towards this qualification
• Experience within a private practice or consultancy
• Basic pre and post-contract knowledge
