Senior Quantity Surveyor

An independently owned consultancy specialising in Cost and Project Management and Employer’s Agent is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take the lead on two office fit-out projects in London. This is an opportunity to manage projects from concept to completion, contributing to both residential and commercial sectors.

Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

You will be responsible for taking charge of two office fit-out projects, handling both pre and post contract duties. This role requires someone who can hit the ground running and effectively lead the projects through to successful completion within a small team.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing project costs and budgets
• Preparing tender documentation
• Contract administration
• Liaising with clients and stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Requirements

• BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• Commercial fit-out experience
• MRICS or currently working towards
• Experience within a private practice / consultancy
• Strong pre and post contract knowledge
