Document Controller

A well established and award-winning Main Contractor, are now looking for a confident and organised Construction Document Controller.

The Construction Document Controller will work on multiple projects, throughout central London and the Home Counties.

Working from a lovely in based in central London and overseeing the Document Control over multiple sites will be the day to day of the Document Controller.

The Document Controller’s Role

Experience of Procore is necessary

The Document Controller will jump onto High End / Prime Residential Refurbishment projects, ranging in value between £2M – £18M.

These schemes have an incredibly high-quality aspect to them, so an eye for detail will be required.

You will sort and store electronic and hard copy documents for designers, surveyors, architects and other colleagues.

A technical / design understanding would be beneficial.

The successful Document Controller will join an award-winning team, within a division who operate efficiently and to high standards.

Procore experience is essential – Super user experience of Procore is even better.

• Clear evidence performing this role for 18 months minimum
• Would be beneficial to have worked for a construction company
• Has a keen eye for detail and quality
• Team player and collaborator
• Ability to communicate effectively.

• Good computer skills
