The company is currently experiencing a flurry of winning multiple contracts alongside a currently impressive portfolio of jobs.

The company are a 30 + strong team, turn over approximately £20 million with over 10 years experience in the market as a business + more as individuals.

They have a great reputation, get to work on some of London’s finest properties and are experiencing good growth. These projects are the epitome of luxury.

The Project Manager’s Role

The successful Project Manager will be responsible for the program, design, reporting and day to day management of their team.

You’ll be responsible for the Site teams, Progress and creating and staying on top of the program.

The Project Manager – Requirements

• Prime / High end residential experience
• Managing multiple £7/8 + million budgets
• Exposure to prime refurbishments
• Excellent organisational & team management skills
• Good computer skills
• Procore
• Programming capability – Ideally MS projects or Asta
