Assistant Quantity Surveyor

An established medium-sized consultancy specialising in education and retail projects in London is seeking an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to assist on projects from concept to completion, working closely on both pre and post contract duties within an engaging team environment.

Assistant Quantity Surveyor Role

You will be involved in supporting the Quantity Surveying team across various projects, gaining exposure to both retail and education sectors in London. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge within a dynamic consultancy.

You will be responsible for:

• Assisting in project delivery from concept to completion
• Supporting pre and post contract duties
• Participating in team meetings and client interactions
• Producing relevant documentation and reports

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor requirements

• BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• Minimum of a year’s Quantity Surveying experience
• Previous experience within a private practice or consultancy
• Basic pre and post contract knowledge
